RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGE ONLY VALID WHEN PURCHASED AT FULL RETAIL PRICE. ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS / CLEARANCE OR LIMITED EDITIONS/ COLLABORATIONS ARE FINAL SALE.

For items purchased at retail price, exchange must be processed within 15 days of shipment receipt. All exchanges dependent on existing stock. To cancel or change an order you must contact info@sneakerreleasetees.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Keep in mind that requesting a refund for delays with shipment are not applicable to orders placed on weekends or holidays. These are not operating periods and therefore do not count towards order processing and shipment transit times. Always be very careful planning your orders to allow for optimum delivery.

SNRT will not issue store credits or replacements for any difference in price on items purchased before the start of any sale. Orders placed at full retail price, will have any exchange option available, while those purchasing at a sale price are considered final sale. All processed orders shipped before the start of any sale, may not be exchanged for items at their discounted price. For any problems or concerns with the merchandise notice must be given to info@sneakerreleasetees.com within 3 days of shipment receipt.

To exchange / replace an item it must have the original packaging, in new condition with both tags (Hem / Sticker) and printed receipt when returned. Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to SNRT for the exchange. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to SNRT for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country.

Any product shipped back to SNRT as an RTS (Return To Sender) for failure to deliver/receive/collect from the carrier or facility, will be subject to a $20 RTS Fee to cover reshipment costs. All customers should receive tracking details upon dispatch, and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery exceptions. Packages that fail to be delivered/collected/or received are sent back to SNRT at the company's expense. The customer will be notified of said return by a service representative, the delivery address will be re-confirmed, and the RTS Fee must be made payable through the original payment method.

Any product shipped back to SNRT as a policy dispute or order refusal will be subject to a Forced Refund. Customers will be refunded for order subtotal (minus original shipping costs paid). Any returns that are not the error of SNRT will have a $5 restocking fee per item.

Any product order that has left our facility in transit is no longer our responsibility and lost / damaged items must be handled with the courier. In the instance that it is our error we issue store credit or a replacement of the damaged item(s). There is no monetary refund in any capacity back to the customer. Only store credits minus the shipping charges and replacements are offered as resolutions to a purchase. Please, make every effort to carefully coordinate for receiving your order by planning delivery and monitoring its arrival.

We also encourage every customer to triple check their information before submitting an order. We can not guarantee that any thing will be corrected on your behalf. Contact information: name, address, phone number, email, or order information: item(s), color(s), size(s), the total quantity etc are the sole responsibility of the customer to verify before placing an order. We will make all efforts to assist with what we can modify. Keep in mind that unless we are notified within 30 mins of a new order transaction to change the details including, exchanges / refunds / cancellations it can not be done.
